• Agents must pay ₹6,999 per annum to join MAARRT.

• Vendors must pay ₹15,999 per annum to list their products/services.

• Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

4. Commission and Earnings

• Agents earn commissions on eligible purchases made by their referred customers.

• Commissions are tracked and disbursed as per MAARRT’s internal policies.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws.

• Infringe on any third party’s rights.

• Use the platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

6. Content and Listings

• Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings.

• MAARRT reserves the right to remove any content or listing that violates these terms.

7. Payments and Refunds

• All fees paid are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

• MAARRT is not responsible for any disputes between agents and vendors.

8. Limitation of Liability

MAARRT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website.

9. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information. By using MAARRT, you consent to our data practices.

10. Modifications to Terms
